The Toyo Straw Button Band Cloche Hat by Toucan Collection is all about the delicate details. A two-toned ribbon hat band that is beautifully fastened into place with a wood button. Plus, the open weave of the crown adds extra dimension to this cloche hat while allowing ventilation. The finishing touch is the lightweight and dainty cloth lining.
